ANN REEDER-DUSON - As a military veteran and survivor of both Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) she uses her experience in helping veterans combat the challenges associated with transitioning into civilian life to ensure the effectiveness of each program. In addition using a personal approach to assure all veterans receive dedicated assistance
LINDA MILES - A psychologist, military sexual trauma coordinator, and creator of programs that help female veterans regain their strength and confidence through therapy and recreation; she applies her background in working towards de-stigmatizing MST to encourage veterans to seek help. Further she will work to train clinical staff on working with military versus civilians and give them essential tools to effectively train veterans in self-management/self marketing.
CURTIS VIVERETTE - Served 12 years in the US Marine corps in several financial capacities. Served as Fiscal Chief/Controller for 4th MAW and was a senior member of the Marine Corps Audit Team. Has held several senior management positions in the civilian sector, specializing in operational accounting, purchasing and shared services.
PAMELA LOVE - Employs experience in developing strategic/operational plans, managing foundation grants/accounts receivable and planning organizational structure to support accounting manager. In addition, she supervises fiscal reporting to ensure sufficient compilation and review.
NORMA SMITH - As a licensed clinician uses her experience in providing drug abuse/trauma counseling in the justice and prison reform system to direct the program's supportive service component. As owner of a mental health support agency and mental health advocate she ensures individuals with mental illness get adequate service.
MALISHA MANASSEH - Uses her mastery of education principles to operate GED program for at-risk youth and drop out spouses/dependents. Providing this service as part of the job readiness portion of the program, a prerequisite for all courses, utilizing the Integrated Multi-Dimensional Teaching Assistant and Adobe System.
TRINA JOHNSON - The executive administrator in charge of hiring, training, and managing staff. In addition, she will oversee scheduling and in-house corporate policy. Utilizing her communication and expertise in the technology field to, maintain and update customer files, maintain contact with clients, and rectify customer complaints.
DR. TIFFANI MC DONALD - Uses her political science and law background to provide legal services. Further enhancing the project by establishing community partnerships with faith-based institutions and foundations. In addition, utilizing her specialty in obtaining retirement income from hedge fund insurance to increase life skills of participants.
ROSSLYN HORNSBY - Utilizes her experience in the fields of law, entertainment, and telecommunications to assist the program development team. Further working to identify skill sets, goals, and current/future challenges to help
PAMELA DOUGLAS - Lead researcher, employing her corporate sales/distribution background to direct team responsible for retail sales, media, advertising, promotions, and in-house placement. In addition, she will identify local, regional, and national merchandisers for W.O.R.K. option training programs.
LELA ROBERSON - Director in charge of developing the drug abuse recovery sector of the program for all participants. Applying her experience as a recovery counselor working with homeless individuals and abuse victims to provide safety and prevention strategies to all parties.
DION RAMBO - Brings experience in all aspects of entertainment, video production, and marketing to develop the commercial marketing and branding plan. In addition, working to establish key components such as online presence, creating brand identity/awareness, and event production to maintain relevancy.
ALEX TOH - Engineers and manufactures ACT Computers, an IP based hardware platform offering standard computer functionality with added technological benefits, for commercial use. Additionally, he is lead trainer for proper hardware installation procedures including video streaming/conferencing, servicing, and repair.
FRANKLIN HARVEY JR. - Employs his knowledge with running one of the largest job training/placement prison reform programs to ensure project success. Further using his background as a program director for media placements and network ownership with partner VIDA SMITH to provide 30 second spots of Nielsen Rated Advertisement for educational and promotional purposes.

CONNIE BASS - Applies her background creating and supervising rehabilitation programs as a senior deputy sheriff to administer and manage job training/placement programs for at-risk youth. Additionally, she is responsible for following-up, leading round table discussions, providing classroom schedules/written material and documenting all studies and implementation processes.
CHRIS BLACK - Utilizes his experience in the entertainment industry as a musician and radio/concert promoter in addition to his television, radio, internet, and mobile media platform to direct media and PR promotions for the project.
KENYA LAWSON and LECOLE MATCHEM - as creators of A Beautiful Life Experience and founders of The GI HOPE Initiative, they are responsible for managing and facilitating the entire project. They are skilled in establishing collaborative networks and their list of duties include but are not limited to: identifying specific interest/needs, community relations/outreach, identifying clients, and developing community activities/events.
